The team at prestige Auto clinic are the best Mechanics iv ever dealt with. Ramy is a very friendly professional and he really understands a diesel motor. I own 4 cars and I would not trust taking them anywhere else but to this place. I’m typing this because I’m all honesty I had to change a motor on my van and was so stressed having to delay my jobs to get this done. When I explained it to the Boss he told me bring it tomorrow morning and I was able to pick it up that same afternoon. That is a service money can’t buy in the world we live in.

Amazing people to deal with. This is without mentioning the shop is elegant with very comfortable waiting area. Once you try this shop you will never go somewhere else. For myself, I drive from Shepparton to this place which is about 2 hours far then I go later to visit some family members with peace of mind. Amazed at how good these guys are! So i had car troubles the week before xmas. Totally expecting to be laughed at, the boys here rallied and managed to fit me in. Turned my car problem around in under 24hrs and the price was absolutely reasonable. If you own a euro car don't get robbed with the dealers, this company has got your back! Which i can't say for most mechanics. 10 stars!

Incredibly helpful. I dropped in unannounced, this morning, after a referral from another workshop. Within minutes they had a diagnostic unit plugged in and were able to tell me exactly what the fault was, which was something I was able to fix for myself. I took my X5 into Prestige Auto Clinic as the computer had logged a multitude of errors and the sunroof had jammed up. Russel a look over it for me; he diagnosed and cleared all the errors, checked the alternator and manually un-jammed the sunroof. All this took up 20-30 minutes of his time and he didn't charge me for it. This company is most certainly not about taking your money. Will be coming back here every time from now on. Thank you.
